OrganiBOR is a concentrated soil-applied boron fertiliser designed to build a long-term boron reserve in the soil.
Boron is required in very small amounts but is important for:
Healthy growing points and roots
Flowering and fruit set
Cell wall strength
Sugar movement within the plant
Effective calcium use
Legume growth and nitrogen fixation
Typical soil application: 7 g/m²
Equivalent to 70 kg/ha
Apply evenly over the soil surface and lightly incorporate or water in. Because the rate is low, OrganiBOR can be mixed thoroughly with compost or another dry fertiliser to improve spreading accuracy.
A normal application can provide a useful soil boron reserve for approximately 3–4 years, depending on soil type, rainfall, irrigation and crop removal.
Do not apply the full rate every year. Ideally, reassess soil boron before reapplying.
Boron is needed only in small amounts and excessive applications can damage plants.
Measure carefully, spread evenly and do not exceed the recommended rate.
