Standard Shipping

All stock ships from our distribution points in Tallarook. All stock that is available to order through our website will normally ship within 3 business days from the placement of your order.

All orders weighing under 22KG will be sent via Australia Post and will be subject to their prices and terms and conditions.

For bulky or overweight orders, we will quote shipping charges on a case by case basis according to the weight and size of your order and your location.

Shipping for Analytical Services

Your sample(s) for analysis must be submitted within 28 days of placing your order on our website.

We normally receive results from the laboratory within 10 business days of them receiving your sample(s). As soon as the results have been received from the laboratory, we will send your report within 2 business days to your email address.
